Rising alt-rockers PHOENIX CALLING reveal video for 'Hold On To Glory'

Phoenix Calling return with brand new single ‘Rescue Me’, and have launched the video which was premiered on Mosh.

'Rescue Me' marks a change in sound for Phoenix Calling; stripped back verses with a focus on the dynamic vocal parts result in a more mature sound, and instrumental parts that are hugely memorable. This is in part thanks to the input from producer Lee Batiuk (Deaf Havana producer Old Souls / Fools & Worthless Liars deluxe edition), who the band brought back in to work with them once again.

'Rescue Me' is a very personal song with emotive lyrics and strong message. Vocalist Steve Chapmanexplains:
"Rescue Me was written after seeing a Facebook post by our bass player’s father in remembrance of his Dad who had recently passed away. The words were so poetic, honest and heart felt, that I always felt there was a song in there.
"The song is about loss, memories, reminiscence and being able to find yourself after losing a close friend. Life is short and we should hang onto the times that mean the most to us."
